It has quickly become my "go to" knife... I haven't touched my metal knives in months. It's light weight and slice through anything with ease... carrots, potatoes, onions, London broil for beef jerky... anything I've tried it on. It seems to be holding up just fine, though I haven't dropped it yet. The ceramic peeler is awesome too. It goes through skin on a sweet potato like nobody's business! It's a little awkward being the Y shaped design, and it's hard to remove eyes and bad spots with, and somtimes clogs with peels, but is sharp and works well. I haven't used the metal peeler since getting the Yoshi into my clutches. I fully recommend anyone considering this to give it a try, I've been pleasantly surprised.
