These didn't even last an hour with our cocker spaniels - waste of money - also good thing we were home so we were able to get the squeekers before they ate them.

These "indestructable" toys are a waste of money. My Siberian Husky played with it for 30 minutes and had 4 holes chewed in it. The fox lost this battle and I have a feeling that the racccoon isn't going to fare much better. Crazy Critters are not indestructable and should not be advertised as such. Isn't that false advertisment, along with the hours of fun, the fun only last a few minutes. I took the Crazy Critters away from my dogs. I was afraid they would chew off a piece of them and choke on it. Not to mention going around picking up all the shredded material, it's almost worse than picking up the stuffing.
All in all, I think these toys are hazardous to my pets. What if they happen to get the squeakers out and choke on one of them?
Crazy Critters should be pulled from the shelf.
If you want a practically indestructable dog toy, do what I do, buy your dog a stuffed animal from the childrens toys. They hold up wonderfully. I buy them at Walmart, the ones that donate the money to the SPCA & the World Wildlife Fund. My huskies have had two teddy bears for over a year now and they are still together, including all the stuffing.

Absolutely not!! Don't jepordize your dog's safety and waste your money! I am sending this product back. I have a Miniture Poodle with tiny little teeth. I bought this product, (Fox) gave it to my dog and within an hour the nose and eyes were completely chewed off, not to mention squeakers completely destroyed and pulled out of holes. I cannot even imagine what a large dog would do, probably in seconds. My dog is not a dog chews or shreds anything. He has his toys for a long time and are not destroyed. Who tested this product anyway???????

I purchased a racoon crazy critter for my 1 year old yellow lab and he loved it!!!! Problem is...he chewed it into pieces and the swalled the head. He got VERY VERY sick and Ineeded emergency surgery. The head of the animal was stuck in his GI tract and he could not pass it on his own. It cost me around $4000 and he is still very sick. I would NOT recommend this toy for any pet that is rough on thier toys when playing!!!!!

My 2 Samoyeds absolutey went crazy over these. They carried them around, fought over them until they did eventually ripped the tails and legs off. They carry the head and torso around now. They did last longer than any other toys do around my dogs but I'm on my second set in 2 months. The great part is that there is no stuffing to pick up....just body parts.

My dog loved it so much that it was destroyed in 15 min. The tail fell off. I gave my dog another one and again the tail was gone. So in a matter of a half hour my mini dachsund,
ruined both critters. What a waste of money. I could have bought him steak for a week. Dont recommend this product at all.

Maybe this is good for a small dog, but this toy won't last with a larger breed (even though the ads say it's good for small AND large dogs). My german shepherd pulled both squeakers out in under 5 minutes. Without the squeaker, you might as well play with an old sock - they work the same - both don't bounce, don't have stuffing and don't squeak. But one is cheaper.
